act III

where then, shall i walk, alone
when alone is no more than-
no one holding my hand
at this moment

is it only two minutes sooner
than the first star

alone
gazing down to earth
as i am gazing back to the sky

stars do not walk alone, they danse!
without restriction. until the first light comes
from the other side of night; to shine upon this stage of life;
like a spotlight cast upon the lonely actress: Me.

it is not alone where i walk
when no one holds my hand;
i danse. without restriction.

like the silence that carries a starlit nightgazer’s words
into a melody of minutes; Until the sun shines its first light

Upon this stage of Life
